Nick Gautier’s day just keeps getting better and better. Yeah, he survived the zombie attacks, only to wake up and find himself enslaved to a world of shapeshifters and demons out to claim his soul.
His new principal thinks he’s even more of a hoodlum than the last one, his coach is trying to recruit him to things he can’t even mention and the girl he’s not seeing, but is, has secrets that terrify him.
But more than that, he’s being groomed by the darkest of powers and if he doesn’t learn how to raise the dead by the end of the week, he will become one of them.

Okay, so I really love how we delve more into this world that Kenyon has shown us.
Nick finds out about werewolves and Dark-Hunters and that sort. I thought that the plot in this book was AMAZING and suspenseful .
I really hated that Coach!
I’m glad that Nick’s mom got a good job and that they’re doing better. I feel that they’re my friends.
THAT PART WHERE KODY KISSED NICK AND WAS ALL LIKE “you’re no longer the only freshman without a girlfriend.” OMG THAT WAS CUTE.
even though I don’t really like Nekoda.
THAT PART MADE ME ALL WARM INSIDE. IT WAS JUST PERFECT.
That part when Bubba talked about his wife and daughter made me tear up!
There isn’t much that I can say about this. But it was just amazing, and I will forever recommend this series to all my friends!
